What data we collect
When you send us an enquiry through the contact form or request a quote, we collect the data you enter yourself: first and last name, email address, phone number, company name and tax ID (for quote requests) and the content of your message. When you order from the cart, we also collect the delivery address and the payment method you choose (cash on delivery or bank transfer). We do not collect payment card details or other sensitive data — the website does not process online card payments.
User account
If you open an account, we store your first and last name, email address, phone number and password (only in a form from which the password cannot be read), and for companies also the company name, tax ID and VAT number and address. A company account is approved by our team before partner prices and invoice access are enabled; invoices we issue to you are stored with your account and are visible only to you. For signing in we use a session cookie that is necessary for the account to work. We email you only messages related to your account: address confirmation, password change, the decision on account approval, new invoices and the status of your quote requests. You can edit your account at any time, and you can request its deletion at the address given below.
Why we use it
We use the data solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and communicate further about your order. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your consent and we do not pass it to third parties, except for services that help us reply to you (e.g. sending email messages).
How long we keep the data
We keep data from enquiries and quotes for as long as needed for the agreement and any future cooperation, or until you ask for it to be deleted. Account data is kept while the account is active; invoices are kept for as long as accounting regulations require.
