WEISS

The WEISS safety work shoe is a low-cut espadrille-type model, intended for work environments where hygiene, easy maintenance and safety on slippery surfaces are key requirements. Thanks to the completely non-metallic construction, the shoe is also suitable for facilities with metal detectors and special security procedures. The model falls into the PPE II category, is certified to the EN ISO 20345 standard and has an S2 SRC protection level.

The S2 protection level means a toe cap resistant to impacts of up to 200 J, a closed heel, antistatic properties and a waterproof upper, which prevents liquids from penetrating the interior. The SRC marking confirms a high degree of slip resistance, tested on ceramic and steel surfaces, including surfaces with water and detergent. The upper is made of washable, waterproof microfibre, a material that is easy to clean and ideal for work environments with high hygiene requirements. The interior is lined with a highly breathable material, which allows efficient moisture wicking and contributes to comfort during all-day wear. Toe protection is provided by a composite toe cap, which is light, non-conductive and free of metal components, reducing the overall weight of the shoe and improving comfort during prolonged work. The polyurethane sole is flexible, slip-resistant and adapted to work on smooth and often wet surfaces. The high-density sponge insole provides basic cushioning and foot stability when standing and walking. The WEISS model is part of the Tekton Pro brand range and is particularly suitable for the food industry, hospitality, bakeries, kitchens, laboratories, healthcare facilities and light production processes, as well as for facilities with metal detector checks, where cleanliness, safety and easy maintenance are a priority.
